Beam Rolling

DR Costruzioni specializes in profile bending. Thanks to extensive machine park, we can bend any type of profile, both small and large, which are used in civil and industrial fabrication. Profile arching, that is the bending of the metal profile in arches, is carried out using a 3-rolls section bending machine. Depending on the type of the profile and the machinery required to bend it, some extra material called “pre-bending” might ocasionally be necessary to be added; which is cut off at the end of the bending process to obtain the desired radius.
