Tube Rolling

DR Costruzioni is constantly updating its machine park with highly productive and efficient machines which allowed us to specialize and become highly qualified in bending small and large section profiles. Rolling is done using a 3-rolls profile bending machine and customized tooling required to obtain a certain diameter. Depending on the type of the profile and the machinery required to bend it, some extra material called “pre-bending” might ocasionally be necessary to be added; which is then removed at the end of the bending process to obtain the desired final product. The fabricated tubes will be used in civil and industrial steel structures.
